Items may be carefully tried on for fit, but must remain unworn beyond the initial fitting, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in new, resalable condition. Keep original packaging, tags, and included accessories when applicable. For a sizing exchange, we confirm the requested replacement size is actually available before approval. The original item must be returned under the approved instructions. Do not send anything back until return instructions are provided.
